Our picnic packages can be at a location of your choosing, indoors or outside. Your picnic will be custom styled based on your needs which will be discussed during your consultation. We handle the aesthetics so you can relax and enjoy.

  • $100.00 per person + refundable security deposit

    Food, beverages, and hot water are not included. Clients are welcome to provide their own or coordinate with a preferred caterer.

    Use the booking request to schedule your picnic. We offer add-ons to elevate your events and make a lasting impression.

    Make sure to book at least 2 weeks prior to your desired date.

    We Deliver Your Picnic.
    We deliver your picnic set-up of choice to your destination (indoors or outside) and ensure we have it ready upon your arrival!

    Enjoy Your Experience.
    Arrive with your snacks and treats and enjoy your luxury picnic! We return to pack and clean everything up for you at the end of your experience.

  • All event materials must be packed up before sunset unless the event is held at a private well-lit venue.

    We operate within a 15-mile radius of Portland, OR. Travel fee of $1.50/mile roundtrip will apply for locations beyond and after the 15-miles radius. *Maximum distance is 30 miles.*

    All picnics must be within 40 yards of vehicle access.

  • We agree that food brings people together however, we do not provide food and alcohol beverages in our services.

    Complementary bottled sparking water will be included in your picnic package.

  • Our setups meet the highest safety and cleanliness standards:

    We wear sanitary gloves to setup tableware.

    All tableware (plates, drinking glasses and utensils) are clean and sterilized after an event.

    Pillow covers, linens and blankets are cleaned after an event.

    Rugs are vacuumed, disinfected and spot cleaned after an event.

    Items are replaced if necessary. You won’t see any wear and tear on our stuff.
