Partial Event Planning

Collaborative Planning for a Seamless, Personalized Event
For clients who have a vision but want professional guidance to bring it to life, our Partial Planning service offers a balanced, hands-on approach. We’ll work alongside you to refine your plans, manage logistics, and curate trusted vendors that fit your style and budget. From initial design elements to timeline development and final coordination, we’ll ensure your event is cohesive, organized, and beautifully executed.
Ideal for clients who prefer to stay involved in the planning process with expert support every step of the way.

  • Includes:

    • Planning meetings: We schedule 2 virtual or in-person meetings to discuss the details of your event.

    • Venue walkthrough: We visit your event space and design a layout for your vision.

    • Event flow and timeline management: We help you create a game plan that you will be happy with and ensure key moments are included in the day’s schedule.

    • Vendor communication: We serve as the single point of contact for all vendors.

    • Rehearsal coordination (if applicable): We lead and organize the ceremony processional and recessional.

    • On-site setup/teardown coordination (up to 10 hours): We oversee the setup of personal decor and are involved in the breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event.

    • Guest experience: We assist in making sure guests know what to do and be the point person for all questions and issues, allowing you to relax.

    • Assistant Coordinator will be provided.

  • Includes

    • Vendor support: Assistance with booking and managing a select number of vendors, such as venue, florists, catering, or rental companies.

    • Design and vision: Help with creating a cohesive design, curating vision boards, and bringing a concept to life.

    • Logistical support: Managing the timeline, vendor coordination, and final details in the months leading up to the event, which can be more time-consuming than initially expected.

    • Day-of coordination: On the day of, we handle everything behind the scenes ensuring you have a stress-free event day, knowing that every detail will be executed flawlessly.
