We specialize in intimate to midsize events (up to 150 guests), including weddings, corporate, and social gatherings.

  • We step in 4 weeks before your event to finalize key details, confirm vendors, and ensure your event flows smoothly on the day. Great for clients who are confident planners but want peace of mind during execution.

    Includes:

    • 2 planning meetings

    • Venue walkthrough

    • Timeline creation and vendor logistics

    • Vendor confirmations (1-2 weeks out)

    • Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)

    • On-site setup coordination (up to 8 hours)

    • Day-of point of contact for vendors and guests

    • Day-of event flow and timeline management

    An assistant coordinator may be provided depending on the size and scope of the event.

  • We begin working with you 6–8 weeks before your event, reviewing all plans, managing logistics, and stepping in to lead the final stretch. On the day of, we handle everything behind the scenes ensuring you have a stress-free event day, knowing that every detail will be executed flawlessly.

    Includes:

    • 3 planning meetings

    • Venue walkthrough

    • Custom timeline, floor plan & vendor logistics plan

    • Vendor communication and confirmations

    • Additional final coordination meeting (1–2 weeks out)

    • Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)

    • On-site setup coordination (up to 10 hours)

    • Day-of point of contact for vendors and guests

    • Day-of event flow and timeline management

    • Assistant coordinator

  • Available as standalone or add-on.

    • Event Consultation (90-minutes) – $400

    • Event Planning Assistance (e.g., Venue and Vendor Sourcing) – $850

    • Timeline & Layout Planning – $485

    • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination – $500

    • Additional Event Assistant – $300

    • Extended On-Site Hours – $125/hour
